The H-TEAM Cornerstones

The H-TEAM consists of 5 cornerstones that, through a unique combination of targeted collaboration and focused interventions, could drastically reduce the number of new HIV infections. For each cornerstone, a multidisciplinary team of experts from different partner organizations independently develops and implements innovative projects to achieve the goals of that cornerstone.
